Welcome to the Fit! App. We are proud to offer a wide range of fitness and sport-specific training programs led by professional athletes and trainers.

Our programs cover a variety of sports, including Surfing, Skiing, Basketball, Boxing, Golf, Calisthenics, Tennis, Rock Climbing, Yoga, Pilates, Running, Volleyball, and more. Additionally, we provide programs for resistance training, weight-loss, and meditation.

Our team of athlete instructors includes well-known figures such as Pro Big Mountain Skier John Collinson, 2x Olympic Runner Nick Symmonds, Pro Surfer Koa Smith, Pro Rock Climber and 11x National Bouldering Champion Alex Puccio, Olympic Medalist Boxer Tony Jeffries, 30x Grand World Jump Rope Champion Tori Boggs, Doctor of Physical Therapy Dr. Jen Esquer, International Yoga Instructor and Teacher Daniel Rama, and 2x CrossFit Games Athlete Streat Hoerner.

As a member of our app, you will have access to all of our exceptional programs as well as professionally curated nutrition options tailored to your dietary needs. Our nutrition options include paleo, keto, intermittent fasting, vegan, and more.
